Biofinity contacts FAQs

Biofinity contacts are meant for monthly wear, which means that you can wear the same pair of lenses for up to a month. You should store your contacts in a secure case filled with contact lens solution overnight.

Do not wear the same Biofinity contact lenses for longer than a month—or past the time recommended by your eye doctor. Make sure to order enough Biofinity contacts online so that you have fresh replacements ready.
Biofinity®, Biofinity® XR, and Biofinity® Energys are contact lenses that correct nearsightedness and farsightedness. Biofinity® contacts have a sphere power ranging from +8.00 to -12.00 diopters, whereas Biofinity® XR contacts can correct more severe vision issues—their sphere powers range from +8.50 to +15.00 diopters, and -12.50 to -20.00 diopters.
Biofinity® Energys correct nearsightedness and farsightedness with the same range of powers as other Biofinity® lenses. They also feature a lens design that reduces stress on the eye caused by regular viewing of digital devices.

As well as correcting for near- and farsightedness, Biofinity® Toric contacts correct vision in people with astigmatism. Biofinity® XR Toric lenses are meant for eyes with more severe astigmatism, and have cylinder powers ranging from -0.75 to -5.75.
